Cancellation Policy

Notice Period: Members wishing to cancel their attendance at any club, activity, or event must provide at least 7 days' notice prior to the scheduled date. No Makeup Classes: We currently do not offer makeup classes for any missed sessions or activities. Refunds: Refunds or credits will not be provided for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event or for no-shows. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. Please plan accordingly to ensure a smooth experience for all members.
