If your child is enrolled in a Michigan Medicaid health plan, you must be referred by your local community mental health agency. They provide diagnostic evaluations and a range of services, including Respite, CLS (Community Living Supports), and other supports. Your child may be eligible for these services, including up to 40 hours of therapy, at no cost to the family.
