Life Skills Class (Middle/High School): Building Confidence Through Everyday Skills
Our Life Skills Classes are designed specifically for middle and high school students who benefit from extra support in developing independence, social skills, and everyday coping strategies.
In a safe, inclusive, and encouraging environment, participants will build practical, real-world skills at their own pace; while also connecting with peers who understand and share similar experiences.
Each session focuses on hands-on learning in areas such as:
