Afternoon Site Supervisor
I have been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2009 and fell in love with the field during my practicum as an undergraduate student at Western Michigan University. I have a passion for not only helping our clients and families achieve their goals, but also helping other professionals find their passion in ABA through training, mentoring and development opportunities. Seeing that passion ignite in students and technicians is one of the most rewarding parts of my job aside from working with our clients and getting to be a part of their progress every day.Â
Trauma-informed care and assent-based treatment are at the forefront of my values as a clinician and I believe that each family’s journey is different and each client’s experience should be individualized and unique.Â
I love being a part of an organization that truly creates a judgement free environment and a safe space for all, while also offering needed resources to thrive within the community.
